Julie La Rue

My paintings reflect my connection to the natural world and my fascination with color. Color is my primary tool for expressing emotion and energy in my work. Through abstracted landscapes, I aim to embark on a journey of discovery as I layer and blend hues to create a world in which to escape. I am based out of Los Angeles and paint primarily with acrylics.
